Acro meets Yoga…

First they  met at Masha's yoga class. That time Yaroslav was totally hooked on yoga attending even Yoga for Pregnancy and Kundalini classes.  Thanks to Masha  he discovered the path of Ashtanga, which became a basement of his personal Practice.

More intimate  meeting happened couple of years later though… Snobbish Odissi dancer and wild Himalayan girl finally took an invitation of young AcroYoga Star and joined his class.

Since then Yaroslav and Masha are inseparable. Teachers and performers, lovers and friends, passionate practitioners and researchers.

Certified by AcroYoga.org Yaroslav has been leading lots of ambitious projects to promote the idea of AcroYoga not just in Russia, but far beyond. Sunday AcroYoga Festival, Russian Acro Holy Days Fest, AcroVision Art Lab, Flying Machines acro-gang… just to name a few.

Yaroslav & Masha /FM/ have been teaching together since 2013. Guests of the biggest Festivals like Yoga Journal Conference, Israel and  Dutch Acro Conventions, Wanderlust  guys are recognized both for their style /AcroYoga with a Russian accent/ and original material that challenges the bodies and  tease the brains of  practitioners regardless their experience. Apart from technical stuff and creative process they do really enjoy exploring psycological aspects considering  AcroYoga as an art of  honest and mindful communication.

In 2016 Yaroslav and Masha founded first AcroYoga center in Russia (Moscow).
